Wat Ounalom Monastery

About

Stepping onto the grounds of Wat Ounalom Monastery was like stepping into another world, a stark contrast to Phnom Penh's energetic pulse. Unlike some of the city's more popular temples, Ounalom felt like a tranquil oasis, a hidden treasure for quiet reflection. The structures were adorned with elaborate carvings, bursting with vibrant colors, each a silent

story of the past. A tangible aura of peacefulness filled the expansive courtyard, uniting visitors in a shared moment of contemplation. Yet, the most lasting impression was the profound sense of calm that seemed to settle over us. It lingered long after we departed, a treasured memory of the serenity discovered within those ancient walls.
