We prac­ti­cal­ly tripped over The Olive Kitchen & Bar while ex­plor­ing Copen­hagen's Nør­re­bro dis­trict one evening and were im­me­di­ate­ly smit­ten. The restau­ran­t's com­mit­ment to sea­son­al in­gre­di­ents shone through in the in­cred­i­ble tastes of every dish. We de­cid­ed on a tapas-style ap­proach, sam­pling a va­ri­ety of plates – each as beau­ti­ful­ly plat­ed as it was de­li­cious. The
