Find­ing a quick lunch spot in Copen­hagen that does­n't skimp on fla­vor? Dur­ing our re­cent trip, we stum­bled upon Tekno Eatery, a ca­su­al spot per­fect for grab­bing a bite. Their menu changes dai­ly, of­fer­ing a fun va­ri­ety of sand­wich­es, sal­ads, and pas­tries. They're open week­days from 8am to 4pm, which fit per­fect­ly with our sight­see­ing sched­ule. Be­yond their dai­ly of­fer­ings, we learned they also cater pri­vate events, de­sign­ing cus­tom menus to suit any taste and bud­get. Next time we're in Copen­hagen with a group, we know just who to call for de­li­cious, has­sle-free cater­ing!
