Slak­taren i Lom­ma is the talk of the town, and for good rea­son. The restau­rant it­self has a wel­com­ing at­mos­phere, ide­al for en­joy­ing their in­no­v­a­tive, Scan­di-in­spired menu. We were par­tic­u­lar­ly blown away by the slow-cooked lamb shoul­der, so ten­der it prac­ti­cal­ly melt­ed off the bone, and the ac­com­pa­ny­ing root veg­eta­bles were the de­f­i­n­i­tion of farm-to-ta­ble fresh.
