Af­ter a morn­ing lost in the world of art, Mod­er­na Museet’s restau­rant was a breath of fresh air. Bathed in sun­light, the space over­looks the wa­ter, with sail­boats drift­ing by—a calm­ing coun­ter­point to the mu­se­um's stim­u­lat­ing ex­hi­bi­tions. Like the art it­self, the menu at Restau­rangen Mod­er­na Museet is in­no­v­a­tive and fresh. Lo­cal­ly sourced in­gre­di­ents are trans­formed into ex­cit­ing dish­es that sparked our cu­rios­i­ty. Each mouth­ful was a burst of fla­vor, beau­ti­ful­ly pre­sent­ed. A feast for the sens­es, it was the per­fect com­ple­ment to our Mod­er­na Museet ex­pe­ri­ence.
