Parking Pizza

About

Walking into Parking Pizza in Barcelona's El Born district, the first thing that hits you is the amazing smell of sourdough pizza baking. The restaurant has a cool, industrial vibe, and you can tell right away that they take their pizza seriously. The chef here, Matteo Aloe, really knows his stuff. He uses top-quality ingredients from Italy and Catalonia to create both classic pizzas and some really unique ones, like the "Parking

Special" with smoked salmon and capers. They cook everything in a special wood-fired oven, and the crust comes out perfectly crispy every time. Beyond the food, the service is great too. The staff are super helpful with the menu and can recommend awesome wines to go with your meal. Whether it's a casual dinner with friends or a special night out, Parking Pizza is a great spot for a memorable meal.
