Step­ping into OS­TRO Ho­tel, you im­me­di­ate­ly sense its con­tem­po­rary cool. The ground floor hums with a chic vibe, but the real al­lure for us was the jour­ney up­wards. Their rooftop bar? Ab­solute­ly spec­tac­u­lar. We found our­selves with a front-row seat to Ph­nom Penh’s sprawl­ing cityscape, a tru­ly breath­tak­ing view, es­pe­cial­ly as dusk set­tled. The drinks were art­ful­ly mixed, and the at­mos­phere was just right – so­phis­ti­cat­ed yet won­der­ful­ly re­laxed. It quick­ly be­came our go-to spot for watch­ing the ur­ban lights be­gin to twin­kle be­low. For an el­e­vat­ed evening with im­pres­sive sights and a gen­uine­ly cool am­biance, this one’s a clear win­ner.
