Dis­cov­er­ing Mad & Kaffe felt like we'd stum­bled upon a hid­den gem, de­spite their mul­ti­ple lo­ca­tions through­out Copen­hagen. Their hearty break­fasts pro­vid­ed the en­er­gy we need­ed for a full day of ex­plor­ing, while lunch was a swift and fla­vor­ful ex­pe­ri­ence. As evening de­scend­ed, din­ner at Mad & Kaffe of­fered a more laid-back at­mos­phere, ide­al for re­flect­ing on our day.
