Walk­ing into KB Cafeshop in Pi­galle felt like we had stum­bled upon a hid­den gem. The rich scent of fresh­ly roast­ed cof­fee beans was the first thing to greet us, set­ting the stage for a tru­ly spe­cial ex­pe­ri­ence. Found­ed in 2010, this Parisian pi­o­neer of spe­cial­ty cof­fee clear­ly knows a thing or two about a qual­i­ty cup. Their ded­i­ca­tion to their craft is ev­i­dent in the ex­ten­sive cof­fee menu fea­tur­ing beans roast­ed on-site. We could­n't re­sist the tempt­ing dis­play of pas­tries, the ide­al ac­com­pa­ni­ment to our brews. More than just a place to grab a caf­feine fix, KB Cafeshop of­fers a glimpse into the world of cof­fee con­nois­seur­ship, their pas­sion for the per­fect cup sim­ply in­fec­tious.
