We spot­ted GIA Tow­er on Di­a­mond Is­land, a sleek 43-sto­ry ad­di­tion to the cityscape. Walk­ing in, there's an al­most elec­tric feel – a buzz of am­bi­tion that’s hard to miss. This place is clear­ly mak­ing a state­ment about mod­ern Ph­nom Penh. But for us, the ul­ti­mate ex­pe­ri­ence was head­ing up high. The cityscape that un­folds is sim­ply re­mark­able, a vast ur­ban quilt stretch­ing out in every di­rec­tion. It gives you a fan­tas­tic grasp of the cap­i­tal’s sprawl and its on­go­ing trans­for­ma­tion. Tru­ly mem­o­rable, of­fer­ing a fresh per­spec­tive on this evolv­ing city.
