Fabrique is a local stone oven bakery located in Stockholm. The concept is simple: we bake sourdough bread using clean, natural ingredients in a traditional and artisanal manner. We do this round the clock, slowly, by hand - and in a stone oven. The result is bread that is full of flavor, with a crispy crust and a chewy interior.
We use only the finest ingredients, including organic flour and natural yeast. Our bread is also free from additives and preservatives.
