Cof­fee Col­lec­tive is a bou­tique cof­fee roast­ing com­pa­ny with eight cafes and a bak­ery in Copen­hagen, along with an on­line store for our glob­al com­mu­ni­ty. Our mis­sion is to dis­cov­er and de­liv­er ex­tra­or­di­nary cof­fee ex­pe­ri­ences, while im­prov­ing the liveli­hoods of cof­fee farm­ers world­wide. In our cafes, we strive to re­de­fine the

stan­dards for brew­ing and serv­ing cof­fee, while con­tin­u­ous­ly seek­ing to un­lock the full po­ten­tial of cof­fee from its ori­gin to your cup. We also cater to an in­creas­ing num­ber of whole­sale part­ners, from lo­cal cof­fee shops to Miche­lin-starred restau­rants, pro­vid­ing them with fresh­ly roast­ed, sea­son­al cof­fee that is trad­ed with full trans­paren­cy.
