Our Copen­hagen morn­ings al­ways start­ed with a crav­ing for de­li­cious cof­fee and a tasty pas­try. An­der­sen & Mail­lard in­stant­ly won us over. Their ded­i­ca­tion to start­ing the day off right is ob­vi­ous - the bak­ers are busy be­fore sun­rise! - and shows in every­thing they cre­ate. The tempt­ing aro­ma of fresh bread

pulled us in­side, re­veal­ing a won­der­ful se­lec­tion of treats. We opt­ed for clas­sic choic­es: ex­pert­ly brewed cof­fee and a del­i­cate, gold­en crois­sant – sim­ple, yet flaw­less­ly ex­e­cut­ed. While the taste alone would have been enough to en­sure we'd be back, the friend­ly am­biance and pas­sion­ate baris­tas made it a guar­an­tee.
